A property manager handles all day-to-day operations of your rental property including: finding and screening tenants, collecting rent, handling maintenance requests, managing repairs, conducting property inspections, ensuring legal compliance, dealing with tenant issues, and providing monthly financial reports to you as the owner.

Our tenant screening process includes: employment verification, income verification (minimum 3x rent), credit history check, previous landlord references, criminal background check, and police verification. We only approve tenants with strong financial stability and good rental history.

Our management fee is a percentage of the monthly collected rent. Basic plan is 8% and Complete plan is 12%. There are no hidden fees. For vacant periods, no management fee is charged. One-time leasing fees may apply for new tenant placement.

Rent is deposited directly into your bank account via NEFT/RTGS on or before the 7th of every month. You receive a detailed monthly statement showing rent collected, any deductions for repairs/maintenance, and the final amount deposited.

We have a strict rent collection policy. Late fees are applied after the grace period. If a tenant fails to pay consistently, we handle the entire eviction process legally, including notice issuance, legal proceedings if required, and finding a new qualified tenant quickly to minimize your income loss.

Yes, we provide 24/7 emergency maintenance support. Tenants can reach our emergency helpline anytime. We have a network of trusted vendors for plumbing, electrical, AC repairs, etc. For expenses above ₹2,000, we seek your approval before proceeding.

Absolutely! You are always welcome to inspect your property. We only ask that you schedule visits with proper notice to respect tenant privacy. We also conduct quarterly inspections and provide detailed reports with photos so you can monitor your property remotely.
